The attachment contains the information about the series, expectations of participants, and the dates of the workshops.
PRE-Registration is required. Students/postdocs must register themselves. No walk-ins will be permitted for these workshops. Space is limited.
BEFORE you pre-register:
Find out from your department which specific workshops to sign up for OR whether you should register for the entire series.
Ask a faculty member or other knowledgeable individual to be your “research integrity consultant” for this program. You will be required to provide this name and email in order to complete registration! We will provide a question during a few of the sessions for you to discuss with this individual.
Please note that in order to receive a Certificate of Completion, you must attend/complete all workshops, complete the homework (including discussions with your research integrity consultant), and pass the quizzes. Your department may not require a certificate or all the workshops. Please ask your advisor or grad program director which workshops are required in your graduate program.
To register for the RCR workshops, please go to http://grad.msu.edu/workshops/ and follow the instructions for registering by clicking on the RCR workshop links. If a workshop is not listed on the registration page, registration is closed or full. Registration closes 1 week prior to the workshop date.
For those graduate students and postdocs funded by a National Science Foundation grant, (to you or to your faculty advisor or other faculty) in the comments box at the bottom of the registration page, also include:
Title of Grant, Faculty PI name, and MSU CGA grant number. NSF requires RCR training and will audit universities to ensure compliance.
You will receive an e-mail reply within 3 business days confirming your spot in the workshop(s).
